Common questions
Do I need drainage, or just levelling?
Often grading alone solves it — water wants to run downhill. We only recommend sub-surface drainage when the ground genuinely needs it, and we'll show you why on-site.
Can you prepare the ground and let me lay the turf?
Absolutely. Preparation-only jobs are common — we hand over a levelled, drained, turf-ready surface and you take it from there.
What do you do about builder's rubble?
We excavate what shouldn't be there, cart it away, and replace it with soil a lawn can actually root into.
